SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES
The order generated by the FusionOne is not the official invoice and does not include shipping charges and taxes.
Taxes and shipping charges will be applied on the final invoice. A copy of the invoice and credit card slip will then be sent by mail.
Your order will ship as soon as availability is confirmed and credit is approved. If an item is not available, you will be
contacted and provided an ETA.
BUSINESS HOURS:
Our business hours are from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. Orders placed overnight will be processed next business day.
RETURNS:
All returns will require an RMA# which can be obtained by contacting us at RMA Request, (416) 637-1156 or (877) 542-1177
Return for credit will only apply to items purchased within 30 days. Beyond this time frame, all returns will either be repaired or replaced.
